Here and there we can watch legions of diplomats and politicians throwing up their hands because the Serbs in North Kosovo have recently organized a referendum on the acceptance of the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo. As expected, an overwhelming majority (99,74%) of voters have rejected the Pristina institutions and have given a clear message.
